STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

DECF pursues two main strategic objectives:
- Increasing the capacity and the role of the civil sector as a factor in the processes of regional social-economic development;
- Encouragement of cross-border collaboration between Northwestern Bulgaria, Eastern Serbia, and Southwestern Oltenia (Romania).



EUROREGIONAL INITIATIVES

Project "Vidin - Calafat Agenda", supported by Balkan Trust for Democracy. A Coalition for Civil Monitoring on Danube Bridge Vidin - Calafat Construction will be established on July 19th, 2007 in Vidin. The web-site of the project: www.vidin-calafat.com
